At Tie Shop, we want you to be perfectly satisfied with your purchase. If your new neckwear doesn't meet your expectations, you can return or exchange any unworn item in its original packaging within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package Your Items

  Carefully place the ties in their original protective sleeves and box to ensure they remain wrinkle-free during transit.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and securely attach it to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Hand your package to the designated carrier; once we receive and inspect the items, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
